Heitor S. Pellegrina is an assistant professor at University of Notre Dame. He received undergraduate degrees in Economics from University of São Paulo, and a Ph.D. from Brown University in 2017. His academic career includes an assistant professorship at New York University Abu Dhabi. Pellegrina’s research area is trade and development, with a focus on agricultural markets and natural resources. His research has been published in the Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Development Economics, and Journal of International Economics. At Notre Dame he teaches undergraduate classes in Economic Growth.
