Strategic relations between countries, and the use of (non-) cooperative trade policies, as well as on the implications of the strategic autonomy for the European economy.
Biography
Dr. Wibaux holds a PhD from the Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne. She worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Research officer in the Research Department.
