Ning Meng is an associate professor at the Department of International Economics and Trade, Nanjing University and Adjunct Professor at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, which is part of Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is also a Research Affiliate at the Center of Economic Studies and Ifo Institute (CESifo) in Germany. She received her Ph.D in Economics from Zhejiang University in 2017. From 2015 to 2016, she was studying at Department of International Economics, University of Nottingham under a joint program. She specializes in the area of international trade and her current research focuses on trade policy and firms in international trade.
