Hua Ye is the chief investment officer of Pandtong Capital (HK). He leads a team of researchers to trade and invest in global financial markets through scientific methods. Prior to joining Pandtong Capital, he has more than 12 years quantitative trading experience in hedge funds and investment banks. His main research interest is in empirical finance, such as high frequency trading and machine learning application in finance. Hua holds a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge University and he also graduated with a BS degree from Tsinghua University China.
